Kite & Camp: Discovery Course
Always wanted to fly a kite? Take your chance and get a taste of the kitesurfing lifestyle. Our Kite & Camp weekends are for newcomers to the world of kiteboarding: a small group of max. 3 people, on dates we arrange on request.
Your IKO instructor teaches you the basic theory and skills of the sport. The discovery course is training on land, before you start your adventure in the water.
It all happens at beautiful Yedidalga Beach, with one night of camping at Heaven Camping. Book your spot and let’s fly some kites together!
Saturday & Sunday
Your kite weekend, day by day
A kitesurfing camp for beginners at the weekend — Saturday and Sunday.
Day 1 · Level 1A
- Wind window theory
- Fly a trainer kite
- Set up a kite
- The safety system explained
- Pack up the equipment
End the day at the Heaven Beach Bar with a drink, listening to some tasty music — or playing some yourself.
Day 2 · Level 1B
- Set up the equipment
- Pre-flight check
- Launch and land as an assistant
- Fly a kite with an assistant
- Pack up the equipment
Camp night
Camp night at Heaven
During Kite & Camp you stay on a beautiful camping ground with full facilities: showers, toilets, a shared kitchen and Wi-Fi.
Tent, sleeping bag and mat are included for your camping night, and there is a fire place for a barbecue.
In the morning you are welcome at the Heaven Beach Bar for a coffee and to hang out.
Kite & camp packages
Lessons with IKO licensed instructors, with your night under the trees included. We supply the kite gear for the lessons.

Beginners camp
What you learn in the 6-day beginners camp
The camping ground is next to our beach bar, in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere on the shore of the small, lovely village of Yedidalga. Between the lessons you rest, eat and sleep a few steps from the water.
